Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During new launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000 across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can track your parcel in real time.

Delays

Maison Moten is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order. Maison Moten will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure availability at the provided address to receive the parcel.
